Not sure what you are expecting, but if you want to learn the science of design and construction of speaker systems and crossovers you need to study acoustics, transducer theory, network analysis and so on.  

There are many computer based programs, for sure, but  to know which one is applicable for a particular part of the design and how  to interpret the results properly for the system requirements is not an objective science.  Further, there are many subjective factors even when the best CAD program is used.  Low frequency response of woofer in a cabinet is, at best, even with computer calculations is only approximate and final performance requires some testing and tuning.

Any university with a course in EE analog engineering would equip you with the basics to understand the foundation principles necessary for design work.

Just using a computer program to estimate cabinet design and crossover circuits can be done with many online and downloadable programs.  You can google for them.
