Question
Factory power antenna in '96 Buick stopped. Bought replacement kit from GM. Installed as instructed, but now "down switch" is "out of time". Runs smoothly, but switches off early. I'm not sure how the switches are "timed" to the reel of extender rod. Thanks for any help.

Answer
you need help from some one to tur on and off the radio
it takes about 10 times to do this and make sure the antenna is all the way in
there is no way to do this alone
the other problem is to make sure the old antenna is out and not a piece of the plastic stay inside if that happend you have to open the motor to clean it

good luck
