Question
MY CAR STEREO DOEST WORK ITS LOCKED OUT. I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE'S A WAY I CAN WIRE THE SATELLITE DIRECTLY TO MY SPEAKERS

Answer
I cannot answer this question without knowing the vehicle and year and model and what head unit and speaker systems are now installed.  (They are different for even car models of the same year and model).

But, usually there IS a way to connect into the present system.

LOCKED OUT: This is usually from a newer head unit that has had the power removed for and the anti-theft code has actuated.  In this case you must obtain the original code from the manufacturer or their code service organization.  It will cost $25 to $40 to get it restored. And, it will require you to prove your ownership of the car. Some cars can get the code from this service:

http://www.radio-code.com/

ADDING SAT RECEIVER:

http://www.oem-auto-accessory.com/

http://www.installer.com/xm/index.php

Places like the two above have add-on kits for interfacing with Satallite receivers and such.

To connect to the speakers in the car you will have to have an amplifier; if the existing unit in the car is not working you will need to add an external amp to drive your speakers.

Let me know more if this doesn't get you started.
