Question
circuit of commom emitter which has 10 voltage gain

Answer
What is the question?

http://www.ecircuitcenter.com/Circuits/trce/trce.htm

The above circuit can be adjusted to any gain you want.

But, for a simple audio frequency transistor voltage amplifier the gain can be calculated by the ratio of collector impedance divided by the emitter impedance.  A good starting point is to have a 10k ohm resistor in the collector and a 1.0k ohm resistor in the emitter.

OK?
