Question
I have an 2004 chevy trailblazer. It does not have onstar or the bose systems. I have to replace the stero/cd player but need the interface to keep all the safety and warning chimes. I found a kit at walmart but a car audio place told me on the phone that it will not work and the one i need will be about 100 dollars more than the one i purchased. The one I purchased is a scosche gm2000 interface. Will this work?

Answer
I believe walmart  is a grocery store, why will you buy this interface from there ? if you use that cable you will be going to the dealer in a few weeks and using a tow truck

you need something like this
