Question
I have a 1200W Vanguish Amp.  It is a 4 channel amp.  It has lots of settings which include Highpass, lowpass, bass, treble settings... Can u give me an idea of the best setting for playing all types of music???

Answer
The high pass and low pass is to be used when/if you are using a subwoofer system. Otherwise, leave then deactivated.

The bass and treble are to be set for their best sound quality - which only your ears will know.  Otherwise, leave them in the center position which is for flat or normal audio frequency response.

Any more questions; let me know.

PS: You can google for tons of information on the function of tone controls, but their main purpose is to allow the user to adjust the sound for the most pleasing performance of the reproduction of the music signal you are listening to.
