Question hi my mp3 was working fine, until by accident I deleted what I think is the driver. The mp3 stopped working, and it displayed no item. I tried formatting it, but later got format error. Tried to reset the mp3, but did not work, until I did format it in the device main menu. I later went to Sony website and downloaded the driver and other stuff, and it finally worked, but only 1 song would play. later did it begin to display a "memory message". Now even my computer is not recognizing it when i connect it to my laptop.
Not sure what to do. Help is appreciated
