Question
Under the time on the display of the radio the word "PHONE" appears.  I do not get any sound or anything and when I touch any of the buttons nothing happens.  I tried to disconnect the battery and the fuses to reset it but it didn't work.  How do I fix it so I can use my radio?

Answer
The phone feature has to be disabled. This is for when the phone is used, the system automatically mutes the audio until the phone is hung-up.  There should be a button on the set or on the phone system to release this feature.

I believe this is a add-on accessory and if you unplug it maybe the problem will go away.

If you need more, let me know.
