Audio Systems/Making a stock AMP work!

Question
I have a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan with the INFINITY ACOUSTIC 10 Sound System in it. I am installing a PIONEER DEH-P3700MP CD-Changer Deck. I used a wire harness and all that good stuff. What I need to know is how do I get the stock AMP for the Door and middle panel speakers to power up when I turn the Stereo on so all the speakers work? Right now I'm only getting the Dash and rear panel speakers to work. (Obviously the other four are hooked directly to the AMP.).

Answer
Not sure I understand the question, but if you are asking how to power the amp so the speakers connected to it will come up the answer is:  The remote turn on wire must be connected.  If there is an infinity amp already in the car you can jumper the remote line from the present amp over to the new pioneer and it should come on. If you pulled the remote wire such that the old amp is now not working you must run the remote back to it.

There are three power lines to an amp:  GND wire, Constant 12v, remote turn on/off line.  Sometimes a fourth wire to change the illumination on the display lights to match the dash lights in the car.

Does this help?

Let me know if there is more to do.
