Question
HI THERE
I HAVE A TOYOTA CELICA SX (1992) WITH A FUJITSU 10 CAR STEREO AND I CAN'T SEEM TO REMEMBER HOW TO RESET THE CODE FOR THIS STEREO TO WORK. I KNOW MY 3 NUMBER CODE BUT CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT BUTTONS TO PRESS AND IN WHAT SEQUENCE.

I HAVE LOST THE BOOK THAT CAME WITH CAR, SO I HOPE YOU CAN SAVE ME FROM DRIVING AROUND WITH NO MUSIC.
THANKS-REGARDS CARLA

Answer
With the model number you should be able to search (by google or bing) for the owners manual.  Or a manual of similar design which would have the same procedure.

Or just try, when it comes on and asks for the security code, enter it using the preset buttons for the number code and then one of the other keys to activate it.  If you experiment around you should stumble into their coding system.

But, make certain you really have the right activation code!

Hope this helps.

PS: If you don't have the security code, you can find online places that will restore it to you for a small fee - and it comes with instructions on how to enter it into the radio.
