Question
Hello, i have the pink ministry of sound car stereo MOSCA110MP3P and just recently when i put a disc in it keeps saying error 2. Any ideas on why this is happeneing? and how to prevent it? Thanks

Answer
Error codes are associated with operating failure. Most common is the laser diode being weak.  It can also be from a digital decoder that does not function properly.  Have you tried cleaning the optical lens?  Use a cotton q-tip to do this; don't use any chemicals.

Diagnosis is required by an experienced tech if cleaning does not help.

HOWEVER, in many cases the repair is greater than the cost of a replacement player system.

In your case, the model you have is not a super expensive set; it may be economical to just replace it rather than make repairs.  Repairs will cost a minimum of (my guess) 20 pounds.

Hope this helps.
