Question
I have a 1998 Ford Explorer that has a 6 disc cd changer in it. I need to know if i can put an aftermarket stero in it and still use the cd changer?

Answer
You may be able to find an original OEM radio unit for your vehicle at

www.oemautosound.com

which will connect up with the changer.  Is the original head unit defective or you just want to upgrade?

I don't think you will be able to connect an aftermarket radio directly to the changer but you may be able to do so with the appropriate adapter.  You should get a second opinion from Ernesto on allexperts for this.  He is at:

He is really good at this kind of system.
