Respected Sir,
             I have a Honda City I-vtec,I want to install a
bass  tube in it, please give me all instructions and
requirements to install a bass tube

You did not tell which tube you are using and if it is self powered...

Assuming it is self powered you must determine if the head unit in the dash board has pre-outs to feed to the input of the tube amplifier inputs.  If not you must find an adapter called hi-lo adapter which will allow you to take speaker outputs from the head unit, divide the voltage down such that the audio level is now suitable to feed the tube amp.

In the USA such hi-low adapters are available from www.installer.com and others.

If the head unit DOES have pre outs then all you need are audio cables to go from those outputs to the input on the tube amp.

And, you must run three power wires to the tube; 1)ground to metal chassis, 2) 12v from battery directly to tube amp (through a fuse) and 3) remote turn-on wire from ignition.

That should do it.
