Question
when ever the audio is turned on,the volume is excessively loud, volume level 28...how can that volume level be pre set to a lower level when initially turned on???

Answer
I think there is an adjustment in the setup routine for that - if I remember right.  Do you have the owners manual?  If so, it is in there.  You can find the manual online for this model as I have pulled it up several times.

Also, there is a selection for fixed output or variable output is there not?  Check that out.
