Question
Hi, Ernesto,
I have a cassette tape from courtroom testimony, impossible to comprehend because I think, it was recorded on higher (or different from normal) speed. Unfortunately, my tape recorder has no means to change speed while playing it. Any suggestions what could be done to listen to that tape?

Thanks so much, Vlad

Answer
yes they run on a slowers speed to record 45 minutes per side and not the 22 minutes normal players

you have to find the same unit to play it
or  copy the tape into any computer and record that into the hard drive on a regular wave file

there are program that will allow you to change the speed until it is clear
