Question
I have a 1999 Mustang coupe with the Mach 460 system. A few months ago the sub woofer stopped working? I have no idea why, however the stereo and speakers still work (No Bass!!)
Could it be wiring or amp problems? Can you please give me something to look for and guild me in the direction I need to go.
out of 10 car that come in with that problem 7 of them is a bad woofer , the other 3 come with a bad amplifier , never a wiring problem
you have to take them out and test them , if the speaker is bad replace it, if the speaker is good replace the amplifier ,
any other woofer don't work because this Mach system works on 1.5 ohms
