Question
I press the button that reads clock...then I try moving the left , right, up and down buttons.  I can't figure out how to set the clock. Can you (how to)tell me what time it is:)? Pioneer car stereo  DEH-A12

Answer
Found this on the Pioneer web site with a couple of google searches:
===============
How do I set the clock on my single CD player?

For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps:
Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off.
Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears.
*With some models you will press and hold the FUNCTION or AUDIO button instead of the SOURCE button.
Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust.
Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment.
Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.

The above came from here:

If that does not help, you can go to this  manual and read on page 7

http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/StaticFiles/Manuals/Car/DEH-12E_OwnersManual10...

which is for the DEH-12E as Pioneer does not list the DEH-A12 in its list of models.

It says:
Setting the clock
1 Press c or d to select the segment of the clock
display you wish to set.
Hour—Minute
2 Press a or b to put a clock right.

Hope this helps.
