Question
i have a 2006 ford f150 king cab truck and the cds are jammed up in it how do i get it unjammed

Answer
I had that happen in one of my cars.   I banged on the dashboard with my fist to see if the vibration would loosen the mechanism up. It worked.  It is just fine now........

However, mostly a jam up requires either an electrical reset (by removing power for a while) or pulling off the covers of the unit and physically removing them or releasing the mechanisms which have caused the jam up.  It may require a tech who knows how to pull the unit out and conduct the service on it.

So, try the banging suggestion, then the power reset and see if that helps.

PS: If you google for cd player jam you can find a few expert comments on how to release the cds that may be of more help, also.
