Question
QUESTION: running an aftermarket amp & sub to my 06' escalade, it has a bose system in it. where do I locate the wires to connect the line level so i have a signal. i am using a pac sni-45t & have heard the best place to tap is the amplifier under the center console. where are the wires located? What is the color code +/- for connection. if not under the consol any other suggestions for getting a good source.

ANSWER: that is the worse idea i her in a long time, how told you that ? shut them wow
you are abaout to burn your system , there is data on the wires
if pac believe their  pac sni-45t  works in your vehicle, will they make one module for your specific model ?
the  pac sni-45t  will damage your bose amplifier, pac make a module with the digital data, to work with bose system and to be compatible with the gm rds radios
you also get remote turn on out 12v

QUESTION: will the pac c2a-gm24 work with the upac-gmc2? I also want to install i-pod connection to factory system. does the upac-gmc2 work w/ all functions in the car (i.e. nav, dvd, 6 disc chnger, xm, & onstar)? i found that some other after market companies limits use of some functions, like the disc changer. if not any suggestions for compatible parts. thanks for your help :)

Answer
the upac-gmc2  is a very old piece, don't work on nav radios and don't work with new ipods only the older ones
