hello sir , i am using sony xplod  mp3 audio system in my lancer .though sound quality is good,it lack some punch,so iam planing to add creative subwoofer(which  perform well in my home theatre )  to this .pls give a sensible advice to upgrade my audio.

I am not sure what you mean by "lack some punch". If you mean lacking in bass then you are correct that adding a subwoofer will help. In my opinion the addition of a good subwoofer will enhance the sound quality more than any one thing you can do for an automotive based system.

The selection of the sub is a function of the mounting space you have in the vehicle, the size of the box and speaker, the sensitivity of the sub and the amplifier power you can add to it.
