Would you be able to tell me what this port is called and where I would be able to get a cable to connect this port to my iPod

You did not give the model and year of your vehicle, but you can find the right cable at places like this:

In your own country you should be able to find a supplier of the right cable.  Have you asked the Toyota dealer in your own neighborhood?
