Question
when i connect my powered mixer to my computer i get sound interference thru my speakers@ bass bins. when i play my karoake tracks it seems to be ok have you an answer please?

Answer
It might be a ground loop issue. How are you connecting the computer to the mixer?

Another thing to consider is that a lot of sound cards on computers are inherently noisy. this noise may not come through on smaller speakers, but through a PA can be bothersome. Have you considered another sound card?
