Audio Systems/car radio not playing

Question
One day I left my windows cracked, not all the way down, but it rained. Water got inside the car, so the next time I drove my Altima my radio will not turn on & my seatbelt light blinks even when I wear my seatbelt. Can you please help? Thanks.

Answer
If it got really wet inside the car it may take a full week or even two weeks for it to dry out entirely.  This could be the reason for the blinking lights you explained.

In the worst case you may find it necessary to have it checked by a technician who can test it out.
