Question
Do you know if the THX TruStudio PC   is a sound card or integrated system?  I'm getting a new computer and Dell said it's integrated, yet I see mention of it as a sound card too - it's confusing.  It's made by Creative - I did email them too.  It almost seems like a software of some sort. Thanks

Without knowing the model you are referring to, and speaking generically, there are three possibilities:

ONE:  PC Main board has hardware of THX on it plus software to run it.
TWO:  Separate THX board and software loaded on PC.
THREE:  Entire THX sound system in software and running on PC hardware.

Integrated probably means the hardware components are mounted on the main board rather than a plug in board.
