Question
My factory Bose system CD player died.  The tape player and stereo work fine, no issues with speakers.  I noticed the CDs were getting hot in the player after about 30 minutes.  Eventually it stopped altogether.  The last time I attempted to use it, it wouldn't eject the CD and I had to pull it out.  Any ideas on what the problem is before I buy a new system?

Answer
it is just a defective radio, happends a lot with that radio,
try to stay with the factory system aftermarkets need a lot of modules it is not easy to install a radio in that vehicle.
you can have your factory radio repair or you can get a rebuild unit from  oemautosound.com

new radios need to be install by the delaer
or dealer needs to reprogram the unit

good luck
