Audio Systems/power amp

Question
Our car(2003 Kia Optima) is equipped with an Infinity sound system. Twice we had the power amp replaced under warranty, as it was drawing too much "standby power". It might be doing it again. What is the amount of current it draws when ignition is off? I measured .240 amp.   Thank youp e l f p

Answer
that is to much current that is a little under 6 amp every 24 hours, it will kill the battery on a weekend  when the vehicle is off the amplifiers need to be off and need no current
find the power source wire and put a relay and connect the source of the relay to the ignition
when the vehicle is off the amplifier will be off
good luck
