Subject: Autosound
Question: I have this Autosound ce-3040mp3 boat head deck, and I was wondering if either you can help me find the plug on the back with the wires, or the electrical schematics so I can solder directly to the board. This deck came as just the case and the flip screen no wires, just an empty plug. On the top has the color code of the wires where they go but no pin #'s of which color wire goes where.
Answer: Best I can do is show you this image I found.

Between that and some common sense (use HU chassis for ground) you may be able to get it working.
You may want to ask Cleggsan about this one if you still need help.

Could not find any manuals on this model.
But, so long as you have the color codes and where they go you can connect to your system accordingly either by soldering the wires from the head unit to the boat system or by creating your own interconnect connector.
