Question
2006 Ford explorer the cd player wont let me load a disk keeps saying error.  It worked fine till I had to replace the battery.  Now I cant get it to work at all.  What do I do?

Answer
The problem was when you remove the battery before ejecting all the discs
the radio goes to park mode and back to user mode when it gets power again
there are cds inside and that is when it get stuck
your radio needs to be service there is no simple way to fix try your local car audio repair shop  or buy a rebuild unit

good luck
