Question
The stereo system in the envoy has a cd player. The cd player does not work. It acts like it wants to play, says loading, but then ejects it. do i need a new one?

Answer
If you replace the radio, you need to go to the dealer so they can program the head unit
see if you can purchase a cd inside or  the radio can also be repair that way you don't have to go to the dealer
try any delphi service center or oemautosound.com
