Question
The radio is totally off but the cd changer and aircon panels are working perfectly. What's the solution. Thanks

Answer
Are you getting anything from the radio?  Noise, hiss, strong stations only?  You should think about what the symptoms are so that it can help point to the problem area.  Could be antenna connection to the radio.  Could be the tuner section of the radio has gone dead.  Could be the internal switching from radio to CD, etc. is not working.

You can order up a new, replacement radio, but if the problem is an open cable from the antenna a new radio won't solve that problem!

Here is a radio source if you think the radio unit is the problem:

There are other antenna connectors and cables and such things that once you get closer to the diagnosis of what is happening, they may have what you are looking for:

My suggestion:  If there is absolutely nothing coming out when you are switched to radio I would suggest you replace the head unit.  If there is some fm or am noise and some strong stations but just very poor reception then I would concentrate on antenna problems.
