Question
where do i find a replacement radio or a new radio or have the 1 i have repaired ?

got a radio from some real crooks  in Minnesota so i wont use them again.

Please contact them by email or telephone in order to assure that they have what you need and that they can deliver the goods.

Between the two organizations you should be able find one that is compatible with your car system.

Be careful; there are many variations in factory installed cd changers during that time period of the Avalon.  That is why you should discuss with the seller and be sure which version you have/need for your car.
