Question
I have a 1999 honda accord ex,I replaced the battery yesterday and now the radio won't come on at all.When I turn it on it come up code 3.Please Help.Thank You.

It may be a radio that has the anti-theft circuitry.  When ever the power is lost - for any reason - it will not come on without the security code being entered.

Above is one company that claims they can get you the code and instructions. If I remember correctly you must remove the radio from the dash in order to get at the manufacturer code before the security code can be obtained.  Maybe it will work for you.

PS: There may be other firms that can obtain the code for you as well - you can google for them.  But, in all cases that I know of you must pay some $$ to get it.
