Question
I recently found that if the battery cables are removed, this action resets the radio unit into a security mode. An access code must then be entered. However, after several attempts which failed. I called the dealer and found that the Bose on my ACURA has to be reset by the dealer; with a fee of course. Suggestions?

Answer
Hi Luke, unfortunately you have the short straw, the radio MUST be reset by a Bose dealer once the radio has locked out. I have checked out several code unlocking programs including those on offer on Ebay but they don't list BOSE but you look at this one on Ebay 290048157239.
Sorry Peter
