Hi, I have a 2002 BMW K1200LT motorcycle and my radio will display everthing, except no sound comes out, I have removed the radio and reinstalled it, and still no sound, so I made sure all connections were tight, still nothing, so I thought maybe the speckers may be bad, so I hooked up an old car radio to the speckers and the speckers work great, so I installed the becker radio again except I would install the front remote only then the rear, then I tried it without the CD player and still nothing. Plus I have remove the radio for a day to reset the radio and my pre-selected station are still there, so I remove the battery over night and the pre-selected station are there. Also it seems that service repairs shops are hard to find, so can you help.  Thanks MikeB

HI Michael,
I don't remember exactly but check if there is no separate amp for the speakers, if not maybe the radio output is bad, it needs to be bench-tested to be sure, about the presets, most modern radios uses flash memory or battery backup(inside the unit).
