Question
I have a 1997 Honda Accord EX 6 speaker (2 deck, 2 door and 2 tweeters in the front).  How do I put a new head unit in and power all three sets of speakers?  Do I need a amplifier?  Does it have one now, and if so, where is it?

Answer
Hi Rick,
Only one way to do a "proper job" and that is to buy an adaptor harness that goes between the stock Honda connector and the radio's DIN socket.
this is what I mean.

If your radio is anything like decent it will have at least 4 x 40 or more output and that's enough for most people, so no, it doesn't have an amp and you don't need one.
Have fun, and don't forget to feedback, Peter
