Audio Systems/CD`s won`t eject

Question
I have a 2001 Ford Mustang with factory Mach 1000/CD6 6-Disc AM/FM Digital Signal Processing Radio by Visteon installed. The radio part still works but it will not eject or play the six discs that are in it. It gives me a CD Error message. How can I clear this up? Is there a reset button or way to eject the discs? I have tried disconnecting the battery cable and that didn`t work. If it is permanently broken, where can I find an exact replacement? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
press the load and 2 buttons for about 10 seconds
if the unit is stuck but it can move it will move to the factory location and eject the cd
if this don't happen you need to repair or replace the radio
