Audio Systems/CD stuck in changer

Question
I have an '02 ford focus with a factory 6 disk changer.  One recent night it was dark, and I think a cd was inserted upside down in error into the drive.  I receive no error messages, but i can't eject, play, or load new (not that i would even want to load more at this moment!)  All i get is a "ka-chunk" noise coming from my changer.  What do do?  I've never had any problems with my system in the past. Please help.

Answer
sorry, but due to the complexities of multi disc players, the only thing i can suggest is that it needs professional help to get it out and then correct the mechanisim alignment. expect somewhere around $100 to fix it. finding a shop that will tackle it might be difficult, also...
