Audio Systems/Car Radio

Question
I just bought a used 94' Toyota Corolla, and there is no car radio in it. Can I install a new car-audio in-dash unit? The only wire I found when I took off the plastic covering where the radio should be place is a black wire with a metal end that looked like an electricity wire,

Answer
you are going to have to get a wiring guide for that car to help find power, speaker wires, etc, it can be quite time consuming, i would suggest letting a car sound shop do it, you will know all is done right that way. there has been alot of car fires from improperly installed units. the wire you found sounds like the antenna cable. will be a metal plug with a metal tip sticking out. if that's the only cable you found, you have problems that a pro needs to fix.
