Question
Hello Garry,

My name is Dan and I have a problem with my car stereo speakers.  My stereo's electronic parts work fine, but the speakers keep breaking up and going off and then coming back on when I hit bumps.  It just sounds like a small connection problem that could easily be fixed but I am not too sure how to do it.  The car is a 1995 Dodge Neon.  I was wondering if you had some advise on how to repair it?

Answer
check at the stereo first to make sure all connections there are solid and intact, especially all ground wires, make sure they go to a valid grounding point. if all that looks good, you have to get to the speakers themselves and check quality of connections there. if, after all that still doesn't solve your problem, its time to see local auto sound shop......g....
