Audio Systems/Car stereo upgrade; from AM-FM Cassette to AM-FM Cassette CD

Question
I have a 1984 Corvette with the standard Delco AM-FM Cassette radio (not the Delco Bose Model). Do you know of a later model of Delco radio that would have a CD that would fit the space so it would look like it was made for it.  The ideal would be unit that is AM-FM, Cassette, and CD in one unit.  I thought that maybe some of the later GM Cars or Trucks perhaps had such a unit as I don't think that CD units were very available in vehicles until around l990 or so.  The reason I am thinking along these lines is that there is no space for any type of separate, add on unit in the Corvette.  I do have a 'all in one' unit in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that is a Mitsubishi; I believe; that has AM-FM, Cassette and CD all in one package.  I would like to go with a GM Delco radio system so it will look like it belongs to the car if possible, and will slip into the opening with minimal hassle.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.  Ken Meyer

Answer
there wasa a optional radio for a corvette in 1988 with cd also in 1989 the cd from a 1990to 1994 will also fit radio with yellow letter but you can not go with the bose system radio needs to have built amplifier
you can also use the cd from a trasam or camaro from 1999 to 2001 theflock no bose a small modification needs to be done to the brackets  you will remove them from your old radio
