Question
i recently bought a new mazdaspeed protege and it comes with a kenwood cd player ive had the car a couple of months and never had any problems. but just today as i was turning off the car i ejected a cd out of the player, and when doing so the cd folds from showing the face then folds to show the back of the face. well the question i have is i got back in my car today and the cd face is not turning on with the car or i cant put any cd's in the player it seems like there is no power to my cd player but all the fuses are good. What should i do?

Answer
you're going to have to get a voltmeter and do some troubleshooting.make sure wether or not power is getting to it, if not, you more than likely have a 'fusible link' gone bad. (specific size section of wire designed to fail if too much amperage goes through it) best bet is run new power wire.
