Question
Ernesto,My husband and I have installed a new radio and a new antenna in a 1993 Nissan Maxima.  The radio works great but the antenna will not go up and down.  When the wires are connected, you can here the antenna click but the motor doesn't seem to operate.  We've also confirmed that it is receiving the correct voltage needed.  Any suggestions to help us troubleshoot?

Answer
the antenna needs to powers 12 volt positive
red needs to have constant power all the time
blue wire needs to go to the remote wire from the radio
also positive  some nissan have remote 12 negative in that case you need to add a relay
good luck
