Audio Systems/Panasonic CD Receiver/Player Problem

Question
I have a Panasonic SA-AK66 Receiver/CD Player.  It worked fine until a few days ago.  Now whenever I attempt to play a CD, I get the message "NO Disk," even though there is a disk in the changer, it is new and clean, with the label up as it should be.  I tried a 3M lens cleaner, but I get the same message when attempting to use it.  Any suggestion as to what might be the problem.

Answer
try cleaner a few more times, if that doesn't help, you might need to open cover and clean lens manually, with a q-tip and a breath of air. do not use anything but a breath of air to fog lens, then carefully clean with fluffed up q-tip. any cleaning solution such as windex will ruin the plastic lens...
