Audio Systems/Replacing LED display in car stereo

Question
The LED display has been slowly going out in my car (98 Lexus es300).  Rather than buying a brand new head unit I wanted to repair it but I do not know where to find the replacement part.  Any suggestions?

Answer
the difficulty lies in getting it apart to where you can get to them. after that, you should be able to match them up at a place like partsexpress.com or allelectronics.com. but again i warn you; getting it apart enough without damaging it is very difficult. i'd go to a junkyard for an exact replacement unit....no doubt about it....
