Audio Systems/Stuck cassette tape

Question
I have a 2000 740i BMW.  I made the mistake of placing a cassette in the deck that plugs into my Ipod.  Now I can't get the cassette out. It just makes a clicking noice when I push the eject button.  Any ideas on how I can get it out?  Also any suggestions on where to purchase a good Ipod adapter for that car and how easy are they for a novice to install?

Thanks for your help!

Answer
HI:
THE RADIO NEEDS TO BE REMOVE  open and there is a spring that holds the tape inside this spring needs to be close right side of the casette deck

but that is not the way to get audio input in to your radio
