Question
i have a 2002 denali and my cd changer isnt working.  if i push the cd button it makes a noise like its trying to load a cd but it doesnt and on the display screen it says ERR.  what can i do about that?

If I was on hand and not sitting by my pool ;-)  I would first press the ‘reset button’ then check the cables are all tight both ends then take out the magazine look into the unit and see if there’s anything weird there, if you can’t see anything then remove the changer, take out the half dozen small screws or so and take of the cover and check for a jammed CD or foreign body.
