Question
Followup...it is a 6 cd changer.  He put each into a separate slot.  Also, the cds are originals not copies (no labels); however, the cds are library copies and thus are old and scratched.  I hope this helps!

Question -
Hello.  My husband has a 2003 Ford Explorer.  HE recent put two cds (that he checked out from the library) into the player.  They are now completely stuck and an error message is all we get when we attempt to unload the cds. In the past, a credit card has worked to dislodge the cds, but I fear they are much too embedded for this to work this time.  Any idea if we can fix this and if not, where we can get some assistence?  We currently are getting late fees (over $50.00).  Thanks!

Answer -
is this a cd changer cd6 or a single cd player and he put 2 disc at the same time
are the cds originals or copy  ?
if there is a paper label sticker on a cd is almost imposible to get it out
radio needs to be open  and service

Answer
ok
remove one terminal from the car battery for about 30 minutes
and when is plug back again the radio will believe that this is the first time is been power so it will move the cd changer to the factory  settings
firs thing to do is press the eject button and try to get the cd's out most likely they will come out and use some music cd;s to see if the cd changer is ok  it is posible that they get stuck again
good luck
