My wife had been having problems w/ her 02 explorer doing the same thing.... I searched on ebay for new radios, took the original out to get serial #s off it to match up and when I plugged it back up they all cycled out.. really easy... and I didnt have to spend any extra $$$, now if it continues Ill change it out but for now shes good...

I placed everything back in and cycled thru them, cut the veh off while a cd was playing, started it back up, ejected and placed cds back in, everything was good...
