Question
when i hit  the load button it comes up as all slots full but there are no cd's in it, so i hit the eject button and the display says cd error what can i do to fix this problem?

I AM SORRY TO TELL YOU THIS BUT THE RADIO NEEDS TO BE SERVICE OR THE CD CHANGER INSIDE NEEDS TO BE CHANGE  
I HAVE TO SEND YOU TO THIS LINK BUT I SEEN THE INSIDE OF THE CD CHANGER HERE FOR $60.00  AND IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES TO REPLACE

Please year and model of the vehicle i need all the details I'am a car electronics installer with 23 years of experience.
