Audio Systems/an idiot stole my stereo

Question
Garry,
I have some experience installing aftermarket stereos on my civic, because I have done it twice already. It is really easy to do with a factory plug that consolidates wires for you and gets plugged into a wire harness for a new stereo. However, my most recent stereo has been stolen from the car, and whoever did it decided it would be a good idea to cut the wires BEHIND the factory plug, leaving a bunch of wires that I don't have the color scheme for. Once I get that I can connect them to the new stereo's plug. Do you know where I can get a  wiring color scheme for a 2000 civic? The owner's manual was useless.

Answer
only source i know of is the manufacturer. you can contact the car manufacturer and get electrical manual for your specific model. it will run you around $50, but you will have all info you need, even for future endeavors. a final thought, visit junkyard and scarf the plug you need with enough wires to easily splice in.
